At O Factory Candles, we stand behind the quality of our hand-poured coconut apricot wax candles. If your candle isn’t what you expected or arrives damaged, we offer a simple, transparent return and refund policy to make things right. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.


📦 Returns

We accept returns for unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Contact us at ofactorycandles@gmail.com before sending a return

Note: We do not accept returns for candles that have been burned or used.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


🔥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
